Control Keys and Tips

To master your skateboard on the bustling streets of Street Rider, you must first learn the basic keyboard controls. However, the real key to surviving and shattering records lies in executing these moves rhythmically and adapting them to each situation.

Control Keys

  • Up Arrow / W: Jump.
  • Down Arrow / S: Lean/Duck down.
  • Left Arrow / A: Turn left.
  • Right Arrow / D: Turn right.

Skateboarding Tips

As you approach an intersection, be prepared for police cars to suddenly speed out from either side. Stay alert and ready to use the A or D keys to steer clear of these vehicles and avoid any collisions.

When approaching a steep ramp, press the W key at the very crest to gain momentum and launch yourself higher. Press the S key just before landing to ensure a quick, stable touchdown on the pavement.

When encountering obstacles—such as scattered wooden crates, barriers, or traffic bollards—be flexible with your steering. Combine jumps (W) with turns (A/D) while in mid-air to switch lanes quickly, especially if there is another obstacle waiting just beyond the first one.

For a shift from the high-octane thrills of street skateboarding to the exhilarating, drifting turns of a water-based adventure, give the game River Drift a try!
