About Next Level Balls

Description

In Next Level Balls, your mission is to control a ball rolling along paths filled with traps and obstacles while collecting other balls to earn points.

Next Level Balls
Unlike high-speed rolling ball Slope Snowball, each level in Next Level Balls presents a unique challenge. You must decide which balls to collect, avoid dangerous ones, and navigate past obstacles without losing the level.

Suspended tracks filled with obstacles

In each level of Next Level Balls, the ball travels along a long, narrow 3D track stretching straight ahead. There are no guardrails, so a slight miscalculation in steering can cause the ball to fall off the track, forcing you to restart.

Obstacles of various shapes and movement patterns are continuously placed along the route:

  • Sharp spikes scattered across the track force you to constantly change direction.
  • Horizontal barriers and moving objects create gaps that you must navigate through at the right moment.
  • Groups of blue balls appearing along the route are key targets for collection.

Since the collectible balls are interspersed with obstacles, you must maneuver carefully to collect them while avoiding spikes and preventing the ball from falling off the track.

This layout turns each level into an obstacle course where you must constantly look ahead, adjust your rolling direction, and choose a safe path.

Controls and tips for effective rolling in Next Level Balls

Here are the simple controls and some helpful tips:

Controlling the ball

Press and hold the left mouse button while moving the mouse left or right to steer the ball as desired.

The controls are quite responsive, so try playing a few rounds to get a feel for how the ball slides and changes direction.

Tips for leveling up and clearing stages effectively

Prioritize lower-level balls: They are key to leveling up and gaining an advantage when facing the challenges ahead.

Avoid higher-level balls: If a ball has a number higher than your current level, approaching it could put you in danger.

Maintain your level: When facing areas with many obstacles, try to preserve your current level. A higher-level ball gives you more leeway when dealing with challenging sections.

Look ahead: Keep your attention on the upcoming section of the track instead of focusing only on the nearest ball. This gives you more time to choose a safe route.

Do not chase every ball: Some collectibles may be positioned dangerously close to spikes or moving obstacles. It is often better to skip one ball than risk falling off the track.
